05 focus zx4 SE grinding noise

Hello, I recently got new wheel bearings on the front right side because it was making a grinding noise when I turned right so i replaced them with new ones. Its still making the grinding noise and its louder when the weather is cold. Any ideas what the problem could be?

It only happens when you turn right? Could be sway bar end link.
