They are Spec-D tuning headlights. Looks like they're the glossy black housing. Is shipping included in the price?

They're just ebay projectors....nothing special about them. OP you might need to reconsider the price seeing you can get these for $135 shipped new off of ebay:

Anyone else have a problem with the step-down transformer on these blowing? my halos on my left side don't work. But these are awesome headlights regardless!
