How to remove side skirts...

I am getting my stock side skirts, rear bumper diffuser,& and front valence lips painted white to match my car. I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove all that and then put it back on easily... My rims came in today, my coilovers come in on Friday and when I'm done with my car in a few weeks it will look like this

Most of it is two piece plastic expanding insert things. They are easy to remove with flat head screwdriver. Just look all the way around the panels and you should be fine

I actually had one off today on my own car, so I can help here.

-There are the plastic clips as mentioned, underneath. 6 pop out, nice and easy.
-Then, start pulling up along the top edge, in the door jamb. It's easier to start at the back and work forward. The skirt clips down into tabs which then clip into the body of the car. It's easier to remove the skirt from them, and then pull them out one by one. I can have pictures soon to give you an idea of what to expect.
