Nitto Invo's are great tires for what they are rated for and cost.
I have them on my Mustang fronts and my buddy with a 700 rwhp Vette who has them all around swears by them and cut a 1.6 sixty foot at the track with them.

Anyway. If you can help me find a set in this size I appreciate it, otherwise unless you can suggest a better summer tire in the price range for an mk3 move on

I had a quick glance at the Motivo, I'll have another look. The BFg2's look good as well. Thanks!

Buy tires for function, not looks. The tread looks awsome, but thats it.

Where do you get the impression that I'm looking for Invo's because of the way the tread looks?
In fact I'm not a fan of the tread design at all but the tread is designed the way it is for function

Well that tread design goesn't function that good at all. Some people buy tires by looking at the tread design. I'm not saying you do.
