01 focus sedan suspension question
Okay guys this is mainly for people who have done this I have a 01 focus se sedan with the original suspension I just went and picked up rear springs rear shocks and a rear sway bar all new from a previous Svt owner.. So will these work on my car and what are the pro/cons of running these..and also what hardware do I need to install the rear sway bar it was just the bar its self.

What model foci do you have? No rear sway bar, you'll need steeda's brackets to mount the sway bar to your rear cradle. Why did you get rear springs & shocks for? Wore out? Or lowering? Get a FRPP's springs & dampers kit. SVT kit if your just replacing wore out parts, or a 1.5'' lowering kit. Hit up Steeda for their rear sway bar kit w/o a rear sway bar.

Like stated before its a 2001 ford focus se sedan the springs and shocks are to replace the suspension in the back it has 184000 and is the original suspension I picked Svt parts cause I want to lower .5 to 1 in as I do live in a snowy area

I just to know the pros/cons as far as what positive and negative impact this will have on the car that is a sedan not a hatch back

None negative. Why aren't you replacing front....

Gurk I will be on frpp struts and springs in about 2 weeks . If you dont have em installed by then I will let you know how it rides .

I'll be doing this same exact swap onto the same exact car with almost (3k shy) the same mileage. I don't see any negatives coming from this scenario..

Its $300. They are wrong. Its been 300 for a while.
You want the Ford racing svt kit. Your front end will be way higher if you only do rear. It all fits fine. You just need to see if yours currently has a sway bar |
