$350 shipped, it comes with the brackets and blank build knob. youre not going to find a better deal. most dont have the extras and they already sell for this price even without the extras.

I'm interested on details for the H&R spacers.....how large of a spacer are they? are the hubcentric? do they come with extended studs? thanks!

ill have to measure when i get home, i believe they are almost an inch wide. you bolt them onto the hub, then you put use the new studs that are on the spacers for your wheel.
