Mist in Headlights
I just picked up my ST and noticed now and again mist / condensation in the lower corners of both headlights Where the indicator lights are, Its -10 approx now so maybe the weather? Ive never had it on any other vehicles Anyone else have that problem? After a while it goes then if parked up it comes back

Id bring it to the dealer since its under warranty, could be a bad seal on them

Yeah its on the inside But taking it to the dealer got to hope it happens. Just went out now and its clear Got nothing to lose I guess...
Talking of headlights I noticed some have the amber lens for the indicator Mine is clear with an orange bulb Whats the difference, ST 2 and ST3?

I can try to check for tsbs tomorrow at work but ford is strict with warranty on headlights/taillights

I had the exact same thing right after I brought mine home. It was about 50 F at the time and It did it a couple of times within the first but then stopped.

I half wonder if they install desiccant in the headlights. If so, it may have been than the temperature needed to drop enough for the liquid in the air to condense so they could be absorbed. I haven't confirmed that manufacturers do this though.

Mine was like that when I picked it up... But it was because it was in the garage waiting for me and when they brought it outside the fogged up. It went away in minutes and hasn't returned.

Apparently, some headlights do have desiccants: http://www.google.com/patents/US6883948

Not sure about the Ford though.
