what type/model of turbo is on the ST?

I believe it is made by honeywell (most ecoboost ford turbos are supplied by them) but I can not find any data on the googles to support this. Also does anyone have specs on the turbo and what type of turbo it is - twin scroll, ball bearing, variable vein type?

Thanks!

"ST’s EcoBoost turbocharger can withstand up to 1,922 degrees Fahrenheit, nearly 200 degrees greater than the industry standard for turbochargers."!

It's not a twin scroll or divided inlet turbo.
