His was all dyed and painted.

I'm sure some OEM pieces could be swapped over from the ST, but they'd probably cost an arm and a leg if other ST part prices are anything to go by.

Being a Ti, you should have the "gunmetal" (for lack of a better description) trim, this piece included.

My concern here is with SEs, Sport vs Non Sport. Factory error here, or slight change in production?

I have the latest run from the factor. I've noticed the switch around 12/6/2012 for some other "updates" on parts catalogs. Everyone else seems the have earlier than December production models, so perhaps they changed it as of late.

Maybe it's a weird combination between SE, SE w/ appearance package, manual vs auto, etc.

Tried painting the trim around the side vents on the dash, there is a reason why they aren't white ;-) it reflects in the window too much. they're back to black.

tried painting the door handle inserts white, yeah didn't work. back to black. I wish I could do as much trim as I can in white but I doubt that'll ever happen.
