Rear passenger brake noise

I have an issue with my 2003 Ford focus SVT. Bought used had a weird squael l that was intermittent (like rotor was warped.) and sounded like pads were worn as well. So I purchased centric rotors and hawk pads.. Still Sounds like rotor is warped and it squeals off brake pad every so forth rotation. What could cause that? Another warped rotor was purchased?

Could it be caliber? Installed wrong :*(?

If need more info let me know. Been wanting to record, but I don't want to mount my phone to my car :p

Guess I could swap driver side and see if changes..

I seen that b4. Unhook ur ebrake cable at that rear passanger end and see if the noise goes away. I read this somewhere b4

That's exactly what it was. Sound went away. How do I fix, new brake cables?

No problem boss.
I figure new cables should do it. I am not sure thou. Check and see if they are mounted correctly. Maybe they fell out of place and you just need to put them back in place.
