Thanks. A fellow Focus Forum member in Houston checked it out on Saturday for me. Mechanicals are good, exterior VG except for need to re-paint door mirrors, one wheel with bad curb rash, and interior is a 9.5/10. I am now in touch with a Steeda employee in attempt to find out how many, and often, Steeda serial SVT's exist. I'll post my finds if successful.

Thanks. It's going to need some TLC and detailing, but it will be fun to compare to my stock '04 ZXP SVT's. I haven't had any luck via normal channels in getting information from Steeda, though. Going to keep trying.
