Shortcut to replace alternator on 2005 4 cyl.

I just went to the trouble to join just to give you guys a tip on replacing the alternator on a 2005 4 cyl. My grand daughter got t-boned in hers and doesn't even have it anymore, but when I had to replace the alternator it said to remove a motormount and pry the engine from the firewall with a 2x4 to get it off the bottom stud. Not necessary- the bottom stud has a 1/4" hex on the end. Just ratchet it out and drop it . You're welcome G'day
