lowering springs, do I need new struts/ shocks
I bought myself some Eibach Prokit springs and I was wondering if I had to get my self new struts/ shocks even if it was 1" and if I do what do you guys suggest

If you don't want stiffer struts you should be okay with the stock ones on the Pro-kit. Replacing the struts now will save you labor later on.

Ive got the same springs with stock struts. No problem at all. They are new anyways...

My OEM shocks/struts wore out pretty quickly on Eibach Pro-Kits. Considering that you're going to want to get upgraded dampers eventually anyway, cut out having to do the work twice and get the shocks/struts now.

This. Ford Racing Performance Parts (FRPP) is the best option for 06-11 dampers. I actually ended up ditching my Eibach springs in favor of FRPP springs eventually because the Eibachs were too soft. I love my setup now…until I eventually get coilovers

FRPP's has a copy cat of the svt dampers that fit the '06-'11 cars
