Want to help restore a German classic?
Hey all,

I'm the proud owner of a non-functioning 1972 Opel GT, and I am tired of seeing the poor thing gather dust in my parent's barn. I am looking for someone who knows basic, simple engines (the things carbeurated, it's oldschool) that would be willing to help me restore her! Your time will be compensated in beer, pizza, and possibly cash if I have that luxury available at the time. I have more parts for that car than you can shake a stick at (I have 2 engines, a spare rear suspension, 5 alternators, maybe a transmission... I think I own 75% of all Opel parts in the state) and the only thing that's been keeping me from it is time and a lack of knowledge.

If you would be interested in helping, please let me know! I'll post pics when I get the chance to show the condition, it's really not bad at all.

Man , if I had you helping me, I'd try to do an engine swap for something with more than 112 hp! Preferably from something Germany that has an "M" badge on it... Like an E30 M3 engine. You seem to be a fan of crazy engine swaps... Lol
