Humorous Article Praises Ford Design

http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/201...n/#more-475038

Best line: "The most important point is that I was wrong in an earlier article when I said the Silverado has no new engines. In fact, Chevrolet is replacing last year’s 4.3-liter V6, 5.3-liter V8 and 6.2-liter V8 with a new 4.3-liter V6, 5.3-liter V8 and 6.2-liter V8. In other words, the engines are getting the same “redesign” as the truck." - Doug DeMuro

interesting article. i completely agree with him though. I love that ford has really changed things up. Although they seem to be the only manufacturer that does.

Unfortunately, true....but it's the diehard 911 fans that have handcuffed the company to the familiar silhouette. I still, and always will love it (unless they manage to screw it up someday) but I don't agree with the acres of lettering now adorning the engine cover. 911, 911 S, 911 S4 and Turbo were all sufficient in their own way.

"After seven years, Porsche customers finally laid their eyes on the new 911, only to discover it looks just like the old 911 except with entire paragraphs spelled out on the back."
