From the research I did, comparing other Focii with the same WHP (roughly) and track times from SVTs with the same Pcharger (with both less and more psi) I figured with the addition of an LSD, better gears and slicks (coupled with the Borla exhaust and stage3 clutch already on my car) mid to low 12 second slips were attainable.

This kit, being what it is, definitely has a lower power band than a comparable turbo. The benefit of a turbo is, The Sky's the Limit. I've only seen 15psi pushed through of these kits on our cars, and I think someone worked out that theoretically 20ish psi was possible.
The Livewire has it's pluses and minuses, but having built in knock detection means you don't need an additional J&S Safeguard to push the car safely.

I didn't want to win drag races as much as I wanted seat-of-the-pants red light to red light power. And this was perfect for that. I chose it because it was the most economical low end power I could have on a daily driver SVTF. (bought the car specifically because of the Pcharger and low miles).

I might be trading the car in, and definitely don't want the dealership farting away this blowers potential.

Thank you for all information ans pics above, I appreciate it. I'm interested as I have a big tax check coming in a month or so. I will be in touch one way or another.

That's pretty cool. It was just out of curiosity mostly. I am looking for the same "put you in your seat" kick. Lol. So do you think your car could put a stock mustang GT in its place?

Putting one of these babies on my SVT is a goal for the future.

What kind of fuel economy do you get? I would imagine its slightly worse(mostly because of the fun factor. : )

Stock same-year Mustang GT? No problem. The power to weight ration is much better in the Pcharged SVTF than a stock GT stang. This car would beat a stock 04 vette I'm guessing.

*edited* the most reliable sources I've found online with dyno numbers on this car with this Pcharger (10psi), exhaust, tune and a Lightning MAF (instead of the Diablo MAFia I have) puts the WHP at or around 260.

And I like that it sounds like crickets at idle.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I'd love nothing more than to keep it, but it's not in the cards for me right now. All the research I did on the SVTF led me to purchase this car with this blower.

I'm in the same boat as most of you, if I didn't buy a car with a blower already on it, I was unlikely to work one into the budget after-the-fact. I thought I'd be keeping it forever, which is the only reason I dumped so much cash into it.

And yes, the entire kit is the same between the SVT and a regular Zetec except for the intake charge piping as far as I know. There might be some other small piece, but overall I've come to understand it doesn't take much to adapt the kit back and forth.
