I have an SVT grill with some broken tabs. It does have both signal lenses and the blue oval on it. It worked fine on my SVT but I went another route. The tabs can easily be fixed with some plastic & JB weld. A new one from Ford runs about $150 to $175; I can't remember exactly. Send me a PM if interested, it's just sitting in the garage and I'll make you a great deal.
