My brother took his tail light out on his 2012 SE SFE sedan. He needs the passenger side tail light. That was the only damage.

Core charge on a tail lamp? Hmmm. Never heard that one. Oh well. My brother said he will order it next month. He just moved to a new apt yesterday and is short of cash. Its just cracked now so he isn't at risk for getting pulled over.

Actually Ford has added core charges on some taillamps, headlights, most bumper covers, and wheels in an effort to prevent them from being repaired and put back on the market. The wheels and bumpers covers make more sense to me, but most of the time when someone replaces a lamp, it usually is pretty much toast..
