That's the bracket that bolts the torque strut (dogbone) mount to the engine block. In order to get that part you will have to order the mount from a Ford dealer. Fortunately, we recently picked up a Ford dealer for factory parts at a major discount!! Check our Village Ford in our vendor dept. I'd start a thread in there, give him your engine/trans or VIN, and Andy will help you out. If Ford dealers no longer carry this part, then you'll be forced to go junkyard hunting for it. At least he will be able to tell you what years and engines to look for that will get you the same part.

How about lower motor mount bracket. AFAIK, the Zetec MT has the same bracket, and I would assume that the Zetec AT is the same as the Duratec AT.

I am fairly sure Ford still sells the bracket with the mount since the 2nd Gen Focus had the same bracket and mount. Ford sells the bracket and mount together, which causes people to have some sticker shock when comparing the price of just the mount to the price of the mount + bracket. I don't know what Andy is going to sell it for, but when I checked on mount prices from a dealer before- it was $75.

OH, I wouldn't be surprised if you don't get a response until Monday.
