What? Wheel hop? It wasnt ever that bad before. I think it was so bad because my front shocks, control arm bushings and ball joints are shot to hell. That car took a beating every time I drove it for 6 or 7 years and I dont plan on stopping lol

it wouldnt be bad. it would just vibrate a bit more at low rpms

clearance on the hood is about enough room for your hand. im hoping the stock hood has the same clearance as this hood

guy still didnt call me from borg warner. he doesnt sound like he is going to be to reliable. but the price is 1/2 what jim could get them for, or thats what i was quoted. weather you wait to see or go ahead and get the other is up to you. i'll try to get a hold of him myself tomorrow instead of doing this 3rd person shizz

money talks and right now its telling me to wait. thats a difference of almost $500, i think its worth the wait.

i should have thought about that before i came down, im pretty sure that hood has the same clearance. im going to see if i can lay my hands on some heat shielding for the underside of the hood there and a sock to put on the turbo. i can take care of the heat shielding for the hood but i am not sure about the sock. where do you get them?
