the heat didnt look to much to me. its not key holing at all or trying to melt to much. i was only running about 60 amps working

i'll try some more settings tomorrow and see what it does. the picture doesnt show to well but the weld is more gold than grey. i was pretty happy with the color of the weld

i cant wait to build a s256 kit. ive been impressed with what ive seen from them and havent read where any one was disappointed

Oh holy cow it waaaay outperformed the 6262. Peaked lower but look at all that extra meat in the bottom and middle!

Lol I wish I could hit full boost that early. I won't hit full boost till 6k rpm prolly.

yeah it did. that isnt the dbb cea 6262 but spool on the new 6262 would not make up that much difference.

So that wasn't a billet wheel cea 6262? It also looks like he had a .82 a/r housing bc they don't spool that slow.

Something is up with that comparison graph.

Borg 256 are great turbos i would deff run one. however they are not known for there spool time. but still great turbos. If your looking for one My friend is a dealer for them and will give me them at cost. if you want one shoot me a pm
