I Like the look better, and having a trunk. The fact that I saved money too was a bonus!

I like the look better. Hatches have big butts.

I wanted the SFE package and it only comes on the sedan. Then I decided I couldn't stand the wheel covers and upgraded to some 17's. Still debating on 18's, but thats a discussion for another day...

I love having the disk brakes and the rear spoiler. I should have got an SE Sport instead, but I really don't like those "racing" seats.

I factory ordered mine, could of ordered either, cost was not a factor. Picked the hatch due to the gas door being integrated into the rear quarter panel. Didn't like the big circle with a thumb hook sticking out. If the sedan had a push open fuel door like the hatch, it would have been a very tough choice.

True story

That's like... half of my reason as well - I also liked the obnoxious tail lights.

I ended up with the sedan simply because I stumbled across a fire sale on one on autotrader. I would've taken either one - but would not have paid the retail $1,000-ish premium for the hatch. I already have an SUV......

Sedans are the Focus of choice around here and obviously the choice really boiled down to looks from all the replies so far. For me I'm just not a sedan guy and the trunk was simply too small and I liked the extra utility and I think the hatch has a bit more sporty disposition than the sedan. Both look good and kinda like trying to decide which good looking sister to date,I chose the naughtier one. lol

This whole time, I'm really thinking the thread title should be:
Sedan Owners: WHY?!?!

Amazing what changing the inflection does

That's funny. You chose the one with the junk in the trunk.
