I've seen a handful out of the many MK3s in SoCal, and the funny thing is, they all seem to have the handling package. I guess the people who go for the titaniums want the best handling they can get or say "Eff it, I'm getting the whole enchilada."

I rarely seen a Titanium.

The other day, I noticed a gray hatch (like mine) on the freeway but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be one of those inferior SE models.

Now that I live in "non-car-country" type of state down here in Louisiana, the only other TI I've seen, was when I passed by a Ford dealership, lol.

Welcome to the great white north!, good news for you! Your cars worth atleast 9K more now that you crossed the border! ;-) so much for NAFTA... And trade tariffs. Idk how much other Canadians have spent but mine was 25K for a SE loaded with steelies, without sync. Anyways! Enjoy your time and check out western Canada next time. Less history but just as good ;-).

Documents I have seen indicated they only planned to sell about 11% of Focus in the Titanium. Thus not surprising when you consider this. I bought my Titanium because it was just a grand more than I would have had to pay for an SE to get Performance Blue (damn leather requirement).

it's interesting u mention that... i live in the states only 100km south of montreal and i see tons of Titaniums and SELs here but very few SFEs or SEs. Must be regional preferences.
Oh, the area i live in is not wealthy so one's income level nixes that idea....

It seems like they are rare in the eastern PA area as well. When I was looking for cars the Titanium was rare to find. The closest dealer only had one. I had to drive an hour away to find a dealer that had three Titaniums. So it took a long time to test drive and find the model I wanted. But in the end I found a performance blue 2013 Titanium without the Nav feature. Been loving it ever since.

Not ONCE have I seen a foreign plate. Every plate I see is Ontario. I saw maybe a handful of Quebecs but I'm the only US/Massachusetts plated car floating around the city.
Can't even blend in. Sheesh.
However I have bought a canada t shirt and hat to go with my white and red jacket to blend in on foot.
wanna blend in in mt'l? slap a big window sticker on ur car for the Nordiques and a nice fake 'Je me souviens' sticker on ur license plate rofl....
