i have this problem. mine is the heat sheild between the car and the exhaust. look at that to see if its loose before u do a bunch of other work.

mine was the end links to the front sway bar they went bad...replaced and cured the rattle...

I replaced my mounts with the poly dog bones and the rattle disappeared. Now my oil pan is rusty and rattles.....

On mine, it's the air intake. It's loose and sometimes rattles,, and when I rev the engine, the rattling stops. If it is, all you have to do is screw a metal piece between the engine an the filter and it should hold it in place. Hope this helps.
