I'm going to be in manual mode with a 75 300 lense I don't want any motion blur such has the dog park pics

i would say make your aperature open. (low number) so that you can have a fairly quick shutter speed so that you can do handheld still.

My aperture and shutter speed I can't remember what I changed last time t get them to stop coming out almost white
