This is not normal . It should be tight. Try another dealer. I would even suggest rear shocks could be defective.

One thing they did when they rotated is filled the tires. Ill have to double check it myself

Happened to me a long time ago. A bodyshop filled my tires to max pressure, not the door sticker. The vehicle felt unstable because it couldn't keep the rear tires in good contact with the road.

Proper tire pressure is important for your safety and a good tire gauge is a must have item.

Never trust anyone to set your tire pressures properly (unless you have a very good reason to).

I have the Steeda rear sway bar and the Steeda lowering springs. The difference in the handling is amazing. Extremely tight and very precise. The tires could be a factor. The stock Conti's were good up until about 25K,then they started to get noisy and developed a slight vibration. I have Hankook Ventus V4's on the car now. We will see how they well they work in the long run. Something is not right if the car feels like it is going to come around on you when driving. I would get a second opinion from another dealer.
