Pretty certain the OEM bumpers have a ford emblem stamped into them and are made in germany. I will check mine on lunchbreak and let you know.

EDIT: I stopped home on lunch and this is what I found....

I happen to have a 98 spec OEM front, a facelift ST170 OEM front, facelift ST170 OEM rear, and a facelift front bumper that I had purchased from the no-no site (european parts net).

the no-no-site bumper is made of dark grey plastic, with no ford markings on the back...similar to this one listed. All three of the other bumpers are made of WHITE plastic, and have ford ovals embossed in them.

If I had to make an educated determination, I would say this is an aftermarket copy of the OEM ford part. That said, I was very pleased with the fit and quality when I had the no-no-site bumper mounted on my svt. I don't remember what I paid for this bumper from that site, but he doesn't even carry them anymore. a quick google search shows they go for about $225usd before figuring in shipping ($400-600) and duty fees (about $75 when I got mine) brand new.

I think this is a fair asking price, and from my experience a great bumper....that has the same quality and fit in my opinion equal to OEM.

Hope this helps! GLWS!

Facelift bumper covers are all the same, there is no difference in the covers. The difference is in the additional items placed on the bumper cover. ie fogs, grills and rub strips.

BTW I have a lower grill for this bumper cover if it gets sold.
