Removing carpet and pulling out dash to install sound deadening
Hello,
I'm looking into getting sound deadening material underneath the floor of the car and possibly behind the dashboard in the firewall. I haven't found much info on how to do that. I have a 2012 Hatchback SEL. It seems like removing the seats is pretty straightforward, at least the rear ones. I don't know what else to do beyond that. I also imagine that getting behind the dashboard is probably another matter. Still, if anyone has info, I'd like to have an idea of how to do it, even if I don't do it myself (or at all). Thanks! |
