Question Sun visor from a 2012 in a 2013
I want to put a 2012 sun visor with the garage door openers into a 2013. It seems the 2013 no longer offers this feature and I would love to have it. The 2013 visor does have a lighted mirror, so there is power to the visor. Just wondering if anyone knows if the visor for a 2012 can be put in place of the 2013 visor.

It will work. When I still had my C-max, I swapped the visors over and it worked pefectly so I went ahead and ordered a 12 visor from Tousley Ford.

Sorry, I just can't believe that they removed this highly useful feature.

I should have searched! One thing I noticed is the OP on this thread had to get power to the visor. His SE did not have a lighted mirror on the visor like the SEL and Titanium models do. I wonder if changing the visor on a 2013 titanium would require tapping wires? I mean it has a visor with a lighted mirror already, so power is already to the visor. Just wondering if anyone knows about this or not? Perhaps if we saw the plug that the two different visors have would be helpful.
