2.3L Engine Ticking???

I am thinking that something in my engine needs to be bled but I am not sure. Any suggestions?

Engine ticking? How long have you had the car? When did it start? Have you checked or changed the oil/filter? Where does it sound like it ticking from? top, or underneath, side or what? cold, hot? I'd check the oil 1st.

I will get back to you on where its coming from. I don't think its the oil because I change it every 5k miles using Mobil 1 Full synthetic 5w-20 with a Bosch Oil filter.

these engines tick. its normal , that is unless its not just a ticking...

Where is it ticking? How long & how many miles on the car?

The fuel injectors make an absolute racket. Its not the valvetrain.

It might be the tumble flaps which are in the intake manifold. Use the stethoscope trick to make sure it's not in the valve cover. Mine was dead quiet. Then I put it on the intake and got my sound. Sometime, when I have time, I'll pull the intake manifold and do a write-up about it with video. I've been driving it with the noise for probably about 50k miles.
