zx4 se headlights

I've been looking at these headlights, wanting to keep the stock look. going to put some HIDs 8ks in them.
Any other suggestions or if anyone has them.

I have em , worth it imo they look so much better than the chrome too. And they are a quality product . You wont be disappointed

Btw are you going to retrofit projectors into them? I really wouldnt put hid bulbs in otherwise because of the hazards

No, going to keep the stock look with jus hids.

crack your stock ones open and do a retrofit. costs a little more but youll be 1000x happier.
paint em black when youre in there, you could black out the whole thing since the reflector bowl wont be used anymore

Without retrofitting proper hid projectors , and putting hid bulbs into halogen projectors isnt exactly safe for other drivers on the road . The halogen reflectors will not throw the light properly from the hid bulb , therefore creating a blinding light coming from your car , and it really doesnt make it easier to see especially if you use darker color bulbs

idk how to retrofit projectors in them, that is why i was going with that.

Theres a few pretty well defined walkthroughs on this site , also theretrofitsource.com has pdf install instructions . Thats the site you would wanna buy from too , check out the morimoto mini kits
