Headlight question

I figure it is, but I have to ask, is the clear bit (covering, I guess) of the headlight housing replacable, and where would I find a pair? I think I have the black housing SVT ones on my car but I can't tell because the clear isn't very clear. I did a headlight resto on it and it helped a little, but alot of it is on the inside, and one has a very small crack (I presume a rock hit it?). It looks black on the inside, but it could just be so dark. Also, my right headlight just shines a straight beam alittle above the left (which does the proper lighting). It was like that when I got it. tried to adjust it, which has no effect, then switched bulbs, which had no effect. I figure it isn't supposed to do that so does anyone know whats up with it?
Thanks for any help.

Lol. Left works flawlessly, just needs new clear part. Right side probably needs replaced. Depending on price I might just get some good SVT ones. Havn't seen just the clear bit, so I will probably just have to get the full enchilada.

Agreed on the salvage yard. You can pick up a good set of chrome or grey housing lights, break them open, and put your SVT black housings inside.
