Are there any sent free interior cleaners?
I'd like something that will clean the dash and other interior components that is not shiny, oily, or has any sent like cherry and other fruits. I just want something that will clean and maintain the factory look to the car, and not smell.

Most products I know of or use will either have a scent and/or create a shine.
To cut back on dust, use a microfiber cloth and if you want to clean more than that, try a damp cloth followed by the microfiber. I do suggest using some sort of product to protect against uv damage though, even if it creates some sort of shine. Just goto your local store that sells these things and do some smelling, some are less strong than others. Last edited by rambleon84; 11-27-2012 at 12:36 PM. |

Tuff Stuff doesn't have a scent. And regular windex for the dash and plastics. Both available at Wal-Mart.

The damp rag and microfiber cloth is what I do on my daily driver.
On the other hand, I can vouch for Autopia. They were cheap and shipped my products out quickly. They also have a lot of coupons floating around online. Just google them if you want. |

While I rally against armor-all every chance I get... If it's the only thing you have access to; use it. Let it sit for a few minutes and then MF cloth the shine away with a dry-towel rub down.
You get the UV protection you're after and knock the shine waaaaay back by doing the final once over. or just use the Autech stuff I keep trying to tell people about...

I've used Meguires Natural Shine and it seems to work great. Doesn't really have a smell and it leaves a pretty nice matte shine. And i believe it has Scotchguard.
