Help with fog light conversion!

So i bought a fog light conversion because my car, 2002 Focus Se, didn't come with one. Bought it off of eBay from QDM Auto i believe. Apparently full kits that are ford spec are rare. The instructions have the dates from when they were made and all that jazz. My question to you all is this.

I removed the headlight switch in the dash, took all the panels off and I have the i guess "wiring harness". I am supposed to remove 2 wires from it. Red/green and green/black. I can't seem to get them to pop out to put the new wires in.

Is it a real simple fix or will it take some work to get them out?
So here I have everything out of it to be able to get to everything.

Here Is a close up the wiring harness and wires I need to get out of there.

If you've done this let me know how, once I get this part done then i should have it pretty easy the rest of the way. I wish the intructions were a little more in depth though.

The wheel and wheel well have been taken off. Wish I had a lift as i may have to crawl under the car to get it through the firewall. This has proved quite the challenge. Pics to come.

Someone on here has to know! How do you get the wires out of the harness?

So it turns out you didn't need to pull the wires out. Just add the wires in...blonde moment...

Everything is plugged in, ran correctly and it still won't turn on the fogs, sooo aggravating!!
calling ford tomorrow to see what their diagnosis might be.

On the plus side I cleaned everything while it was all taken apart and found an old mouse nest in my air filter. plum full with insulation from the barn.

So possibly my new problem is "any idea why none of it is working? one relay works and the other one will just click"? Could it be a bad relay?

You might've blown a fuse. That's what happened to mine even though it's 11 years newer. I ended up having to just wire it directly to the battery. So I have to remember to turn the switch off when I get out of the car or it'll drain my battery.

The first time I turned it on, it blew the fuse that was in the engine bay. So we fixed that one right away and it had power. The ground wire is ground, positive wire is on the battery. It is something in the dash area that isn't adding up right. There are 2 fuses in there and they are both good. One of the relays clicks, which is odd so I might buy a new one and try that one instead. Started at 9:30 this morning came in and called it a day at 10 tonight.

Will do, wish I had an answer. Checking the fuses was in the last 10 minutes. But glad someone thought of it incase I didn't.
