I think flat black would stand out well on Silver, and matches other blacked out items on the car.

I did mine that way after I bought it. What a pain in the a$$ it was removing the plasti dip on the top of the wing after it baked for a year in the sun!

IMO, dip should be avoided like the plague. It has its uses, but not on car exteriors...
