How to remove rear reflective lenses on rear bumper?

Hey guys, I'd like to remove the rear reflective lenses on my 2013 to VHT them. Anyone know how to remove them?

Crawl under the back of the car and behind the bumper you'll see the lenses are attached to two tabs on the back. Squeeze them trough and push the lense out. I used a flathead screw driver

Push them out towards the rear? I tried forever to pull those clips off to no success. Do you just push them out towards the back of the car?

Yeah, pinch the clips from the bumper and push out
