Nice start you got there. The 1.8 is almost identical to our 2.0, only difference is the displacement. If any of us US folks have noticed when taking our intake manifolds off it says 1.8/2.0 on them lol. I do notice your fuel rail pressure sensor looks different than ours. Beside the few little things it's practically identical.

Very clean! Another thing i noticed is the power steering line is a little different.

Just a few parts here and there are different. I wonder how a FR head would do on a 1.8 zetec? Probably make it bad to the bone, but then again it's got the same crappy oil pump we have has well which limits our rpm capabilities.

Whats the rev limiter set to on a 1.8 Ive had it up to 6k and it was flying then hahah....looking forward to some FI somehow
