Ported Head and ITB?
Both the gasket and ITB manifold are smaller than my new ported head. Is there anything I should do?

Depends most of the ITB I have worked with cannot be ported very big , do you have enough meat there to make the ITB as large as the Head , most heads are ported to big anyway
