Help
I changed the spark plugs and on cylinder one the spark spun was covered in oil. When I looked down in the cylinder I could see oil in the cylinder. The car doesn't sound like its missing but is lacking power.
Any suggestions on what this could be? |

X2 - quite common as they age...
The hole had oil in it B4 you pulled the plug, that's why you saw it everywhere after it was out. The oil leak can cause multiple issues if uncorrected (poor running from oil at plug connection, thermostat housing damage & leaking) so it's worth it to fix ASAP. |

Was the oil on just the threads ? If so then you had oil from the leaking valve cover
Was the oil on the inside of the plug and built up on the porcelain / electrode ? If so this would be from internal issues like rings , valve seals etc Picture would help a lot Tom
