Any centre caps for steel wheels?

I have 16" steel wheels for winter and want to know if there are centre/hub caps available. Not a full wheel cover. Just the hub.

I've only ever seen that sort of cover on police cars:

I don't recall ever seeing something like that for a regular civilian steel wheel...most will just have those lousy plastic, full size hubcaps.

Would you have a link to this by chance? I'd like to be able to cover the hubs to protect against salt damage and corrosion. There is however a product that works very, very well on the exposed hubs. It's called LPS 3. It's very waxy and dries to a fairly hard state when cured. A power washer will not remove it. You need a degreaser to even phase it. I highly recomend it.
