Sun visor clip/holder question

I am looking for the clip that holds the sun visor. I found these two parts that look similar to each other:

http://parts.autonationfordwhitebear...n-visor-holder

http://parts.autonationfordwhitebear...n-visor-holder

One part is $11, the other is $22. The only difference I can tell is that on the link below, the cheaper one is for build dates to 2/04/13, the other is 'from 2/05/13 w/o ST'. My build date is 5/14/13. But the site says both parts will fit my car (based on providing VIN).

My question is, does anyone know the difference between the two parts? The sketch for the part is exactly the same. I'd rather not spend $22 on a tiny piece of plastic if not needed. I only care that the clip holds the sun visor and that the color matches the rest of the trim. If the shape of the part is slightly different, that will not bother me. I'd post pictures of the other clip in my car, but I don't have enough posts here to do so. I'm under warranty but Ford would not replace the part because it was lost (prior to me purchasing the car), rather than broken.

I know Job 2 MY 2013+ they started using the sun visor that can extend. I have a Job 1 2013 without the extending visor and this is what mine looks like:

For reference, my GF has a 2015 Escape with the extending visor and this is what hers looks like (not sure if it uses the same part as the Focus though):

Thanks! They are so similar but the second picture looks exactly like what I need. Might just give this thread a bit more time to see if anyone knows if the job 1 piece will function with the job 2 visor. The part on the visor in the job 1 picture looks thinner than in the second picture, meaning the job 1 clip would not work with the visor in the second clip.

Is your job 1 date of manufacture before 2/04/13?

do you agree that the visor in your second picture would not be compatible with the clip in your first picture?

Does your visor have the thicker rod like the second picture? I don't think the thick rod one would fit in the clip in the first picture.
