Also, without a detachable face, how do you cover it up/hide it from car prowlers?

yes it will fit. as far as security, you can drape something over the dash to cover it like a t-shirt. otherwise get an alarm installed. i'm sure someone could fab up a flip cover for it, but do you really wanna pay that much for a fairly inexpensive radio?

ehh I have an alarm. I just like the extra security. Also, its not so much as the radio hu as it is the amp, sub, window, tint, etc. that will end up costing money if stolen/smashed.

Interesting idea though... fab up a flip cover. I will have to look into that.

make something that barely sticks into the cd slot, and hangs over, im sure nothing but some popsicle sticks and cloth would be needed for that ghetto-tastic look. otherwise you could always go with better materials and such as you wish.

you could also just get a piece of plastic that size and carbon fiber vinyl wrap it or something, and just have those pins out the back to stick in the cd slot, just be creative :D
