Found this hiding under the back corner of the intake.

Wrapped up the majority of the wiring. Shoved most of it in the fender.

Oops. T-stat wasn't in line.

Getting close

I reinstalled the SN95 upper after having problems the other day. May swap it out later once its done. Or keep an eye out for a GT40 upper and lower.

Got the missing piece for my clutch line.

Also picked up a driveshaft from a Town Car. Shortened it 4.5". I'll have it balanced later on.

Today I welded in O2 bungs. Added 2 to each side in case I add a wideband or something later. Filled the holes with junk O2s.

Tried to make the belt routing work with serpentine belts I already had. Here are 2 scenarios. I like the first better, but I will need one a tad shorter. The second works as is. Also got another t-stat housing.

I think I finally got enough clearance to keep the stock Focus fans as well. I can use the Focus ECU to control them.

I agree with the first belt routing. There is more pulley contact

Sounds excellent Dustin. I see you were mindful of the reverse rotation water pump. Wish it were easier to get a passenger side inlet though. I was thinking maybe run a metal tube in front the bumper, so it makes less of a bend on the inlet hose. Then just curve another hose to the lower outlet of the radiator.
I think running all that tube in front may help make up for the stock radiator. what's up with the weird thermostat housing?
