Diagnostics mode?

Is there a diognastics mode or a test mode for the 2010 instrument cluster?

One thing that I always wondered was why the "red" "FOCUS" on the IP does not illuminate. The dash is so bold and perhaps tacky, I wish ford went all the way and illuminated the focus. Comments?
