i have next to no idea what i'm talking about but i thought the SVT internals were different the TB is different but the head/block external demensions of those are the same size so i would think it would just mean a TB swap but what do i know.

op, your on my list of folks to talk to if the deal i'm working on falls through for any reason but i think i've sourced a local SC for myself.

The blower is larger, the intake ports wont line up 100% without slotting the holes, and there will be no provision to attach your egr valve on a zetec so you can forget passing emissions testing in some states.

You can make it work I mean I just installed a zetec JRSC on a svt last month. Don't take offense but if you cant even figure out what is different now what are you going to do when your car is ripped apart and you're trying to make it fit ?

so the sc pulley stem is fine, but just the bbk pulley is worn? so all that is needed is a new bbk pulley?
