looking for custom tuning in Mid-MI/Detroit area

I've been frustrated lately because I can't find places in the mid-mi or Detroit area. Who can do a custom tune on a focus. Places I've called say they only work on mustangs or f150s, or will only do wide band O2 tuning. I've deleted my EGR so I need to get a retune asap.

Can anyone shoot me phone numbers, names, websites.... anything that can lead me to the right person who can do it? I know they're out there. I live in the Flint area and you can't throw a rock without hitting a GM car so that's all you can find custom tuning for out here.

Thanks.

You have come to the right place and I can do your tuning remote

If your NA for 399.00 and 20.00 for shipping you get the xcal3 , full custom tuning and free tune updates as you add more NA mods

This works very well and I have done hundreds of remote tunes on the Focus

Please let me know if you have any questions

Tom

Thanks, Tom.

Yea, I've been reading about your custom tunes on here but aren't the SCT tunes considered a "mail-order" tune? I was hoping to avoid those because it seems like they have the least human intervention and maybe are less guaranteed to work.

I have found a seller on "the bay" who has the Xcal for 379.00, free shipping, and free additional tunes. Tell me why I should get your tune over theirs or do you just know the focus better than them.

Thanks

I dont think you will find many if any that knows th focus better or that has tuned more of them
I dont do full custom tunes for your mods and your Focus , no one else does what I do , I send you a base tune file
I then take over your laptop and set up the datalog list , save it and show you how to use it just like sitting in the car with you
You then send me the datalog and I make changes that then makes my mail order tune a custom tune to your mods and your engine

Again no one offers this type of customer services and tuning

Please let me know if you have more questions

Tom

i live in royal oak and i assure you that the sct tuner is the way to go. nobody around Michigan really " focuses" on focus tuning. you might be able to find someone who will tune you but you wouldnt be where you would if you buy an sct. tom knows what hes doing , work with him and you will get a good tune with good support.

So I have to have a laptop, and the stuff you send me, hook up the laptop to the obd port and you "take over" my laptop and tune it in real time?? Sounds like something out of a sci-fi flick, if that's what you are saying.

Alright. I'm really interested in doing this. Problem is I need to get/borrow/steal a laptop.

i was under the impression that you didnt necessarily need a laptop , but that data - logging provides a much more defined tune. lol guess i need to do my homework lol, ill be getting a tune myself when my tax refund comes and will for sure be going through tom
