Wheel offset
I have a set of wheels I would like to raise the offset on. I'm thinking that they can be milled down on the back side. I need about 5-7mm of offset. I have a couple of questions. A. Is this safe to do? B. Does anyone have pictures of this done? C. Does anyone know of a place that does this? Thanks in advance.

The hub portion of a wheel has to maintain a certain level of structural integrity. In other words, I wouldn't mess with it!

There's a great possibility that a machine shop that can do this will only be able to take 3-4mm at the most, and the cost to have it done will probably be more than you paid for the wheels.
Do you already have these wheels or they are just something you are looking to buy?

I've done this before. you have to look carfully at the back of the hub to ensure you leave enough material for the lug nuts to hold the wheel on. I was able to take 4mm of extraneous material off.
I have a friend works at a machine shop, so it didnt cost me anything. We were even able to machine with the tire on. just broke the bead so the chuck could hold the outside diameter of the wheel. but so much easier without tires.
