03 sat radio head unit options?

I have an 03 focus and I want satellite radio. Do they make a unit that plays satellite radio, regular radio, mp3 and cd's? Is such a unit affordable (under $200)?

I'm no good at sterio equipment so please excuse my ignorance if this is a stupid question. Radio stations suck out in Mississippi

I installed a Sony head unit that had a Sirius option in my old 01 Sunfire. The unit cost about $130 and I had to spend some money on a special antena unit. I think it was about $30 on amazon. It worked really good! A lot better than my vent mounted unit.

Sent from your mom's house.
