I've read some bad dealer expieriences and I was wondering who has the worst one.

I owned a Honda bike for a while, when I took it to the dealer to have first oil change done they didn't remove the old oil, they just put more in. It was flowing out the dipstick opening. When I went in and complained they said that Hondas are reliable and to not worry about it. When I insisted they do it properly they called the police. Honda Canada voided my warranty when I told them about the experience. The bike was two weeks old.

I had to remove a tire on my cobalt and the wheel studs broke off while loosening the nuts. Gm told me that it was because I had aluminum rims and cars with aluminum rims always have this happen. The manager told me I should know about this steel weakening aluminum thing because anyone who passed grade ten science would.

I could have. The Honda dealership is named the same as my last name. I always found that to be an interesting wrinkle

My wife and I where looking to get her a new small SUV. My wife had found a car on the internet and went to the dealer that posted it to take a look. It took him about 20 min to find the keys to it. when he did find the keys the car was stashed in the very back of the lot and it was a piece of junk. they hadn't cleaned it at all. there where burger wrappers on the floor and bug all in the back. As we where walking back to the main office he didn't even try to sell another car because that one had just ruined it for us!! they put a car online that they weren't even ready to sell. Brilliant.
