Hasn't posted anything for awhile. I think maybe he just typed it wrong. Not the first time I've seen it called a zetek before

Sorry guys. It was a typo. As stated in my discription it's a ZX3 with a Zetek. I did just take some pics but can't upload? So has anyone been here before? I have five weeks to get this running! Did I understand it right that just because the timing belt jumped it shouldn't hurt the head?

Correct. The regular zetec is a non-interference motor so you are okay.

I'm trying to confirm if I have a non-interference engine or not? I went to the parts store to buy the belt and they told me it was an interference engine? How else can I conferm this without pulling the head?

You have a non interference engine. Only the svt is an interference engine. Many auto parts stores assume all motors are interference cuz they truly have no idea. You should be good with a new timing belt kit unless there is something else wrong you did not mention or are unaware of.
